GIFT VOUCHER POLICY


OPSF gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. OPSF gift vouchers expire 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise specified on the voucher. It is up to the voucher holder to redeem the full value of this OPSF gift voucher before it expires. 


ONLINE RETURNS POLICY


We wish for all our customers to be happy with their purchase. In the instance that you are unsatisfied, we will accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund on full-priced items purchased online. 

 

Unfortunately, all International sales are Final (we do not accept returns from outside of Australia).

 

Sale items cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. 

 

Onepointsevenfour is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend sending the item via a traceable delivery method and keep a record of your tracking number. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Item/s for return must be shipped within 7 business days after the date of delivery as stated by the delivery service provider. Delivery outside this window will be ineligible.

 

Returns must be unworn and in their original condition and full packaging.

 

We process all returns within 7 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 RETURNS PROCESS

 

  1. Submit a return request via email to support@onepointsevenfour.com
  2. If your return is approved, place the item(s) in its original state in secure packaging
  3. Return via post, or in-store to your closest OPSF boutique with proof of purchase
  4. We recommend using a traceable delivery service as we are not liable for items in return transit
