CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

PLEASE STORE IN THE CASE PROVIDED.

WEARING FRAMES ON TOP OF YOUR HEAD CAN CAUSE THE FRAMES TO STRETCH AND HAIR PRODUCTS MAY DAMAGE THE SURFACE FINISH.

EXTRA SPECIAL CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WITH MIRRORED AND

COATED LENSES DURING USE AND WHEN CLEANING.

LEATHER, SUEDE AND PYTHON PIECES ARE EXTREMELY DELICATE. AVOID CONTACT WITH WATER AND USE UPMOST CARE WITH USE AND CLEANING.

DO NOT PLACE THE LENSES FACE DOWN ON HARD SURFACES.

REMOVE FRAMES WITH BOTH HANDS TO AVOID STRETCHING.

DO NOT LEAVE FRAMES IN ANY SITUATION WHERE EXTREME HEAT CAN DISTORT THE FRAME AND LENSES.

USE THE CLOTH PROVIDED AND LENS SPRAY TO CLEAN THE FRAMES (WASHING WHEN REQUIRED).

 
FRAME WARRANTY.
 

ALL FRAMES ARE COVERED BY A 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

ALL FRAMES AND LENSES ARE GUARANTEED FREE FROM DEFECT.

IF DAMAGED RETURN TO OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.

IF DAMAGED DUE TO ACCIDENT OR LACK OF DUE CARE, RETURN THEM TO OUR STORE AND, IF POSSIBLE, WE WILL REPAIR THEM FOR A MODERATE CHARGE.

WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT PARTS REQUIRED FROM THE MANUFACTURER WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE BRANDS PROVISIONAL TIMEFRAME.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURER ASSESSMENT.

LENSES FITTED INTO CLIENTS OWN FRAME IS AT CLIENTS OWN RISK.

ONE POINT SEVEN FOUR DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY WHEN FRAMES ARE FITTED BY AN OUTSIDE LAB. 

 

OPTHALMIC LENS WARRANTY.

LENS COATINGS CARRY A 24 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.

DAMAGE DUE TO ACCIDENT OR LACK OF DUE CARE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTY.

PROGRESSIVE LENSES CARRY A MANUFACTURERS ADAPTION WARRANTY OF 30 DAYS. RETURNS EXCEEDING THIS TIME FRAME CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURER ASSESSMENT.

 

RETURN POLICY.
 
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
 
ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE FOR EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT (VALID 3 MONTHS FROM THE ISSUE DATE).
 
ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE.
 
THE DIFFERENCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL FOR ITEMS EXCHANGED FOR A HIGHER VALUE. THE REMAINING BALANCE OF ITEMS EXCHANGED FOR A LESSER VALUE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO STORE CREDIT.

 

 

LAY–BY TERMS.

THE LAY-BY PERIOD IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF FOUR WEEKS.

A DEPOSIT MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 20% OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE VALUE.

THE MINIMUM LAY-BY SALE IS $200.

THE CANCELLATION CHARGE ON A LAY-BY IS 20% OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE. ALTERNATIVELY A LAY-BY MAY BE CANCELLED WITH THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND ALL PAYMENTS MADE

TRANSFERRED TO SORE CREDIT (VALID 3 MONTHS FROM THE CANCELLATION DATE).

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF MIND.

THE CUSTOMER OR THE STORE HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A LAY-BY.

AFTER THE DUE DATE THE LAY-BY WILL BE CANCELLED,

THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND ALL PAYMENTS MADE TRANSFERRED TO SORE CREDIT (VALID 3 MONTHS FROM THE CANCELLATION DATE).

NO ITEMS CAN BE TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER UNTIL THE ENTIRE LAY-BY HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
