In-Store Purchase

Return Policy

Please choose carefully, no refund will be issued for change of mind. Items may be returned within 7 days from purchase for exchange or store credit only, valid from three months of issue date. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to quality for exchange. 

The difference must be paid in full for items exchanged for higher value. The remaining balance for items exchanged for lesser value will be transferred for store for store credit, valid for 3 months. 

Gift Voucher Policy 

OPSF gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. OPSF gift vouchers expire 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise specified on the voucher. Vouchers are limited to one per transaction. It is up to the voucher holder to redeem the full value of this OPSF gift voucher before it expires. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Treat the OPSF voucher like cash, any lost or stolen vouchers will not be returned & OPSF accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of vouchers. Lenses fitted into customers own frame is at the customers own risk.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT A FULL PRICED ITEM AND WISH TO RETURN IT, YOU MAY REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM, REQUEST A CREDIT, OR A REFUND IF: YOU CAN PROVIDE ITS RECEIPT, IT IS UNWORN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND YOU MAKE THE RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR DELIVERY. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES.

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER RETURNS ON GIFT CARDS, AND ALSO FOR SALE ITEMS, UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY OR WRONGLY DESCRIBED.

FAULTY RETURNS

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY FAULTY OR WRONGLY DESCRIBED MERCHANDISE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME.  IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY OR WRONGLY DESCRIBED YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND, AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM, OR A STORE CREDIT. THIS POLICY DOES NOT EXCLUDE OR REPLACE YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAW. 

HOW TO RETURN IN-STORE PURCHASES

PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE CAN BE RETURNED TO ANY ONEPOINTSEVENFOUR WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE. STORES CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ONEPOINSTSEVENFOUR ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN PURCHASED ONLINE.

SIMPLY PRESENT YOUR RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IN-STORE AND OUR STORE STAFF WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION MAY BE REQUESTED AND RECORDED IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES.

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY OR WRONGLY DESCRIBED MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT USED TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. WHERE THE PURCHASE WAS A GIFT, A CREDIT VOUCHER WILL BE ISSUED.

RETURNING E-BOUTIQUE PURCHASES

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ON AN ITEM YOU PURCHASED ONLINE, YOU CAN REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EBOUTIQUE CREDIT. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN AN UNWORN CONDITION (NOT DAMAGED) WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. RETURNS MUST BE MADE BY CONTACTING US TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORITY, AND UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES INSTORES.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED. RETURNS OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

FAULTY RETURNS

AS WITH IN-STORE PURCHASES, RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY FAULTY OR WRONGLY DESCRIBED MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM OUR EBOUTIQUE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME.  PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL FAULTY RETURNS ARE ASSESSED BY OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT TEAM. FOR SUCH ITEMS YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND, AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM, OR A STORE CREDIT.
