EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number. Your order will be delivered via TNT whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNING PURCHASES ONLINE

Change of mind returns 

If you change your mind about a full priced item and wish to return it, you may request an exchange for another item, request a credit, or a refund if: you can provide its receipt, it is unworn and in its original condition and you make the return within 7 days of purchase or delivery. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns for in-store purchases.

We are unable to offer returns on gift cards, and also for sale items, unless they are faulty or wrongly described.

Faulty returns

Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.  If an item is faulty or wrongly described you may request a refund, an exchange for another item, or a store credit. This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law. 

How to return in-store purchases

Purchases made in-store can be returned to any onepointsevenfour within the country of purchase. Stores cannot accept returns or exchanges of onepoinstsevenfour items which have been purchased online.

Simply present your receipt or proof of purchase in-store and our store staff will be happy to assist you. Photo identification may be requested and recorded in some circumstances.

Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed using the same method of payment used to make your purchase. Where the purchase was a gift, a credit voucher will be issued.

RETURNING E-BOUTIQUE PURCHASES

Change of mind returns 

If you change your mind on an item you purchased online, you can request an exchange or return the item for a refund or eBoutique credit. All returns must be in an unworn condition (not damaged) with original tags attached. Returns must be made by contacting us to obtain a return authority, and unfortunately we cannot accept returns of online purchases instores.

Returns or exchanges must be returned within 7 days from the date received. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Faulty returns

As with in-store purchases, returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise purchased from our eBoutique within a reasonable timeframe.  Please be advised that all faulty returns are assessed by our Quality Management team. For such items you may request a refund, an exchange for another item, or a store credit. 

This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law. 

How to return eBoutique purchases

Please contact us by email at service@onepointsevenfour or by phone on 03 9533 7707 to obtain a Return Authorisation number (RA#).  Returns without a valid Returns Authorisation number will not be accepted.

Once you have the RA number, you can complete the Returns Form.  Send the item, the completed Returns Form, and a copy of your receipt to:

onepointsevenfour is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, therefore we recommend that you securely package and return the item using registered mail. We are also not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or without an RA number.

If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will reimburse any reasonable postage or shipping costs where you can provide us with proof of those costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to two weeks in Australia and New Zealand and up to four weeks for UK and US for your return to arrive at our returns centre. Once we have accepted and processed your return we will notify you using the email address provided with your original online order. Once the refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

TAX & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders delivered within Australia may be subject to customs duty, import fees and taxes (including import GST) (“Import Charges”).
